Nick Duncan holds a Bachelor's degree in Secondary Education from Tennessee Tech University and a Master’s degree in Classical Christian Studies from New Saint Andrews College. He has been at Highland Rim Academy for over a decade, first as a teacher and now as head of school. Mr. Duncan has taught Great Books, Logic, American Studies, and more. He is thankful to be a part of a school where the Lordship of Christ is proclaimed, and the liberal arts cultivate wisdom and virtue in students. He and his wife Stacey have three sons, and they are members of Grace Presbyterian Church in Cookeville.

Nathan gill is an educator, writer, and graduate of Hillsdale College. He currently serves as the Academic Dean of Chapel Field Christian Schools in New York's Hudson Valley, where he lives with his wife and three children.
